Salary: Basic pay plus commission, meals, uniform, HMO (after regularization or 1 year of service)
Participates in the successful implementation of the company’s sales strategies and programs to support growth and revenue objectives. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with clients to drive revenue targets
Identify and develop new and existing business opportunities by developing and executing specific strategies
Experience in managing / supervising / leading a sales team
Able to prepare sales forecast
Conducts daily sales call in order to develop client database
Attend to guest queries and ensures proper execution
Not only maintains existing clients but develops business from existing clients
Ensure that revenue targets are met
Attends special events or trade shows for the purpose of developing business
Capable of making sensible business decisions
Timely submission of reports
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 – 3 years in sales with proven track record of delivering targets / budgets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated and result-driven professional
Works coherently with a team and with good interpersonal skills
Has established contacts with corporate, social and travel intermediaries
Preferably with banquet and catering experience in a hotel
