Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent exp
  • 5 years work exp as HR Manager (with exp in handling 100 up employees)
  • Can create training programs/ modules
  • Expert in business and organizational planning ability
  • Vast experience in team leadership
  • Successful experience in employee relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strategic thinking ability
  • Proven ability to multitask

Job Qualification

  • Planning HR & administration activities
  • Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
  • Overseeing the payroll function
  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations
  • Running the office and facilities management functions
  • Planning and development of training programs, policies, manuals etc
  • Leading the HR and administration team
  • Fix salary matrix
  • Improve evaluation process
  • Promote a positive working environment and culture

Work Schedule

9am-6pm Mon-Friday (Field work as needed)
